sandales trop larges. Ne tiennent pas le pied. J'ai tenté de demander remboursement mais en vain car malgré l'envoi de photo prouvant mes dires il fallait que je retourne les sandales à mes frais au vendeur en Chine; Etant donné le prix du colis cela ne me paraissait pas vraiment rentable . J'ai donc abandonné mes démarches. Je suis donc très mécontente du service réclamation qui se contente de relayer nos commentaires au vendeur sans intervenir en faveur des clients.
